Small-scale opening
On January 10, in the presence of a small number of invited guests, the new Spectro headquarters was officially opened by A.I.S.E. Director General Alexis Van Maercke:‘The opening of this new building is a clear signal that, despite the challenges, MBK is and will continue to be the backbone of the European economy.’
Pleasant workplace
The new building offers a pleasant workplace especially for the current and future team of Spectro, which has grown significantly thanks to the recent acquisition of Eenzet. In addition, a significant portion has been designed as an experience center to introduce customers and other interested parties to the divisions and innovations of Spectro.
Sustainability
During the development and construction, great attention was paid to sustainability. For example, local partners were used as much as possible, the building is energy and CO2 neutral, there is a rainwater collection system, and recycled, used and recycled building materials were used, among other things. Refurbished and recycled materials were also used in the interior.
Relationships are warmly welcome
On Monday 13th January, Spectro HQ was actually put into use and is now fully operational. Spectro’s customers are warmly welcome to come and have a look around. Of course, this can be combined with a visit to our adjacent factory on the same premises.
