Eenzet was founded in 1946 by Bob Nihot and is therefore the oldest brand of Spectro. Eenzet started as a Dutch importer of the German brand Einszet (1Z) with products for cleaning and preserving the automotive industry. In the 80s, Eenzet was acquired by daughter Brigitte and under her leadership Eenzet expanded its range to a wide range of cleaning products for the automotive, transport and industrial sectors.
Eenzet’s customer base was diverse and impressive, just like the Dutch Railways, the Royal House, the Royal Land Forces and major manufacturers such as Philips, Grolsch and Morris. In addition, many car companies are still part of Eenzet’s regular customer base. After the fire at the Einszet factory, production was outsourced to several factories in Europe.
Due to the lack of follow-up, Eenzet was taken over in 2024 by the family-owned company Spectro. Since then, the Eenzet products have been produced in accordance with the original recipes by Spectro in Oss. Eenzet products can mainly be found in the product categories automotive, detailing, carwash, truckwash, and transport.
