Product usage

The product is intended for the combined cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, equipment and utensils. Heavily contaminated surfaces and materials should be thoroughly cleaned beforehand with a suitable cleaning agent and then rinsed with clean water. Excess water should be removed. Lightly contaminated surfaces and materials can be treated with this combined cleaning and disinfection product in one go. Use as much liquid during disinfection that the surfaces remain wet during the treatment time. Minimum treatment time 5 minutes. Treated surfaces or materials that may come into contact with food and drinkware and the raw materials thereof should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water after the treatment time.

Areas of application and dosages:
Surfaces, equipment and materials that may or may not come into contact with food and drink products and raw materials. Use concentration: 0.5% (50 ml per 10 liters of water).
