About the position
As a Sales Inside Sales Representative, you have a varied workload. For example, you process sales orders, answer customers’ initial questions, and conduct commercial conversations with customers. You also support the purchasing department and other departments with administrative tasks. By supporting various departments, you work together with your colleagues on a large scale and intensively. In addition, you regularly contact customers and suppliers by phone and email. Every day is different, but never boring.
Due to the growth of our organization, we regularly receive people from within and outside the Netherlands. You will be responsible for welcoming the people and providing them with a cup of coffee. For this, you will need a service-oriented institution and of course you will also speak English. In the import and control process, it is extremely important that orders are entered correctly into the system; therefore, you must be able to work with great precision. Every day is different, and days when you receive many questions and phone calls are not uncommon. You need to be able to handle this well.
