The families behind the companies: Withternich (Spectro) and Van den Eijnde (Militex) share a rich history together. Through this acquisition, Spectro adds 75 years of product experience to its organization. We welcome the loyal customer base of Militex in the sustainable and fresh business operations of Spectro. The advanced microbiological products of Militex are a nice addition to the range.
Fast production in Oss
For a smooth transition, the first productions will take place in Oss starting from week 28. The production location in IJmuiden will be closed during this year. Dennis Koekenbier (Operational Director) and Marijke Hogerheijde (In-house) will work for Spectro, ensuring reliable contact points for customers and suppliers and ensuring a smooth but smooth transition.
