Spectro IBC Monitoring now also available as a full-service concept

A few years ago, Spectro launched the “IBC Monitoring System” as part of the ‘Internet of Spectro.’ This system involves installing sensors at user locations with so-called IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers), which are then connected to the Spectro Internet Module. The data generated is automatically sent to Spectro’s server. Once the reorder point is reached, new products are automatically dispatched. No more manual ordering!

Currently, various users in industries such as car & truck washing and the food industry have been working with the system for some time and are satisfied with it. Now, we are launching the next step: full-service IBC Monitoring. With this service, we not only monitor stock levels remotely, but once the reorder level is reached, our drivers will come on-site to connect the new IBC and take the empty one back. Any remaining product is neatly accounted for.

This new service is ideal for customers where space is an issue, every minute counts, or those operating in remote and unmanned locations. Additionally, IBC Monitoring can also be applied as a full-service solution for customers who have a fixed bulk tank on-site. Furthermore, the antenna on the new version of the Spectro Internet Module has been significantly improved, allowing us to maintain a strong connection even in the most complex locations.
