Highly concentrated, low foaming, alkaline and unperfumed product, among others, CIP cleaning in the (food processing) industry.

Suitable for removing stubborn soil such as fat, starch and protein. Can be used in storage tanks, tube systems, automatic milkings systems, CIP-systems etc.

Product usage

CIP-system: Maintain, depending on type of soiling, a dosage of 5 to 10ml per liter water. Switch the system on by using the automatic dosage system and let it circulate for ca. 10 minutes. Rinse afterwards with plenty of clean water.

Sprinkling: First remove all large and loose soil and rinse with plenty of clean water. Dosage depends on soiling and equipment, use 5-50 ml per litre of water (0.5-5%). Always work from bottom to top, soak for 60 seconds and then rinse with high-pressure hose

and plenty of clean water. Please note: Always test for alkaline resistance. Do not leave to dry. The product can affect soft metals.
