The Poetsprof from Son produces high-quality optical car cleaning products for professional use. After exactly thirty years as an independent entrepreneur, owner Stephan Koppenens has decided to transfer his company to Laurens, Alissa & Quintus Metternich.
Warm relationship
Stephan and the Metternich family are no strangers to each other. For example, Spectro has been producing the majority of the Poetsprof range under private label for two decades now. Stephan: “It was very important to me that the products were of constant quality. In the market, you sometimes see fluctuations in this. Thanks to this very good relationship, it was possible to make small changes when the market or legislation so required.”
Vehicle Care expert
Stephan’s thirty years of experience is not lost; he started as an account manager at Spectro on January 1st and will support relationships with both De Poetsprof and Spectro with his vehicle care expertise.
Poetsprof products become 1Z by Spectro
Last year, Spectro relaunched the renowned 1Z brand. A large portion of the former Poetsprof range overlaps with the 1Z by Spectro range. The remaining products will be added to the already extensive 1Z range.
