In Q2 of 2024, Spectro will start construction of the new headquarters at Drontermeer 14 in Oss.

Future and experience
The construction is necessary on the one hand because the current offices do not provide enough space for the current and future team of Spectro. In addition, a section will be designed as an experience center to bring customers and other interested parties into the divisions in which Spectro operates in this way. Of course, this can be combined with a visit to our adjacent factory on the same location.

Impressions of the new Spectro headquarters
Durable but cleverly built
The new headquarters will be the most sustainable office in the region. On the one hand, thanks to the use of recycled and circular materials such as steel, concrete and (cradlecore) sandwich panels. On the other hand, thanks to the use of renewable energy, emission-free installations, water recovery and attention to biodiversity. Thanks to this, the office will also receive the highest achievable energy label (A++++). Thanks to smart construction, the construction time is short and the costs are limited.
Local partners
As much as possible, local partners are used, not only for a positive impact on the region but also to reduce the footprint during construction. Most of the involved parties are even located within a 1 km radius.
