De Poetsprof from Son provides high-quality optical car cleaning products for professional use. After exactly thirty years as an independent entrepreneur, owner Stephan Koppenens has decided to transfer his company to Laurens, Alissa & Quintus Metternich.

Stephan and the Metternich family are no strangers to each other. For the past two decades, Spectro has produced the majority of the Poetsprof product range under a private label. Stephan explains: “It was very important to me that the products maintained consistent quality. In the market, you still occasionally see fluctuations. Thanks to this excellent working relationship, it was possible to implement small changes whenever the market or regulations required them.”
Vehicle Care expert
Stephan’s thirty years of experience will not go to waste; as of January 1, he has joined Spectro as an account manager and will support clients of both De Poetsprof and Spectro with his vehicle care expertise.
Poetsprof Products Become 1Z by Spectro
Last year, Spectro relaunched the renowned 1Z brand. A large part of the former Poetsprof product range overlaps with the 1Z by Spectro range, while the remaining products will be added to the already extensive 1Z lineup.
