Earlier this month it was Sustainable Tuesday, the first Tuesday of September: a beautiful moment to reflect on sustainability and look ahead to Spectro in 2030.
Since 2019, we have been producing energy neutrally using solar energy. In 2030, we also want to reduce the remaining CO₂ emissions from our factory to zero.
Drinking water is becoming increasingly scarce. Therefore, by 2030 we want to no longer use clean drinking water in our products or in our production process.
Through our Recycle Factory, we have already started collecting used packaging. By 2030, we want 50% of our packaging to be returned for reuse or recycling.
We are also tackling transport. By 2030, all shipments within a radius of 30 kilometers around Oss must be transported emission-free.
And we are going one step further: with a lower CO₂ footprint than the market average and surface-active agents that come from renewable and sustainable sources.
