With this acquisition, Spectro adds 75 years of product experience to its organization. We welcome Militex’s loyal customer base into the sustainable and fresh business operations of Spectro. Militex’s advanced microbiological products are a valuable addition to our product range.
Swift Production in Oss
For a seamless transition, the first productions will take place in Oss starting from week 28. The production site in IJmuiden will be closed later this year. Dennis Koekenbier (Operations Director) and Marijke Hogerheijde (Internal Sales) will be working for Spectro, ensuring familiar contacts for customers and suppliers and a smooth, efficient transition.
