Product description

This product is only to be used to combat bacteria (excluding mycobacteria and bacterial spores) and yeast on:
1. Surfaces that may come into contact with food items and ingredients, with the exception of milking equipment on a farm.
2. Surfaces in spaces intended for the stay of people.

Product usage

The product is intended for the combined cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Before use, thoroughly clean highly contaminated surfaces and materials with a suitable detergent and then rinse with clean water. Remove excess water. Slightly contaminated surfaces and materials can be treated with this combined cleaning and disinfecting agent. When disinfecting, use enough liquid so that the surface remains wet during the exposure time. Minimal exposure time: 5 minutes. Treated surfaces or materials that may come into contact with food items or ingredients must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water after the exposure time.

Areas of application and quantity
1. Surfaces, equipment, or materials that may come into contact with food items and ingredients. Use concentration: 1% (10 ml per liter water).
2. Floors, walls, furniture, etc. Use concentration: 1% (10 ml per liter water).

Attention:
– The detergent will be ineffective if it comes into contact with soap or synthetic detergents.
– Use of the detergent may lead to some resistant bacterial strains.
– Atomization of the detergent is prohibited.
